Awesome. I never voted for a gpu because I thought I wouldn't be able to enter due to work commitments. Looks like I have another month or so off.
This will be my first volt mod of any kind and even my first gpu BIOS flash. I just have a quick question or 2 to make sure I'm on the right track:
1) What size are the resistors? ( .25W, .5W, 1W....)
2) Any idea what the max 'safe' voltages will be?

IIRC its more about the resistance, not the wattage.

Max safe voltage I would put through this card would be around 1.7-1.8v for benching If i could care less about whether it died or not.

i would probably only go 1.6v if I wanted it to live for longer than a week.

I like overclocking more than actually playing video games.

you arent pushing massive amounts of current though it, and 1W have worked great for me so far on about 3 volt mods so I would say they are a safe bet
