I just got a random blue screen. I had just downloaded Everest Ultimate and was installing it.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9c
BCP1: 0000000000000000
BCP2: FFFFF880009F7B70
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Any ideas ? My RAM is at stock speeds and my CPU has a very modest 4.5ghz overclock and is 101% stable. I'm sure of if.

Everest is too old (is it now called Aida). You need to get Aida64 Extreme.

Is that Everest that is causing the BSOD?

(0x9C = QPI/VTT most likely, but increasing vcore has helped in some instances)
