7800GTX 512 I would say. But get a X1900XTX, its cheaper than a 7800GTX 512 and beats it.

I would say 2x7800GT... because that's the fastest of your options (even faster than the X1900XT I would bet).

I found out with some benchies that 2xGT's beats out the gtx in the higher rezes. So depends on what you're willing to spend, play at rez wise, if your monitor supports it and if you have an SLI compatible mobo.

Fill out your specs if your sig if you would be so kind.

Benchies tell me 7800GTA 512MB pwns all video cards, but i would wait for the G71 that i think will beat out the x1900xtx

I agree 100%. That would be your fastest option, and this review supports that.

What benches? I read about 6 reviews of the X1900XT and XTX, and it beats the GTX 512 is just about every single benchmark and game.

Get the 7800GTX 512MB Because you can go SLi later, wow 2 GT's are faster, duhh there are 2 card instead of one, but you cannot have SLi with more than 2 cards unless you have that crazy mobo that has 4 PCI-E 16x slots. Get the 7800GTX because you can go SLI later. If you have a Crossfire board get an X1900XT.

The 7800GTX 512MB is a stupid waste of money. You can get an X1900XT that beats it for $200-$300 less.

1) What screen resolution are you playing with?

2) I hope you are playing all the new games.

3) The 7800gt in sli is a bad investment right now. Go do some homework on your own before blowing 600$ on last years technology. The 1900xt NOT the xtx (the xtx is 100$ more for 3% more performance) is the best bang for the buck out right now.

The 1900xt will be barely slower than the sli 7800gt but will provide a better game play do to new optimizations and better filtering. An overclocked 1900xt will most likely outperform sli 7800gt's.

The 512mb gtx is a ghost and a dead legend, ya ya its great but its old and dead and costs like a grand on ebay so everyone needs to just forget these cards.

If you are willing to wait 3 weeks, nvidia will release their 7900gt/x cards which would also be a good investment. But for now til then the 1900xt stands as the far better choice.
