I wish there was an "official" way to make your own custom sticker for your card. Of course this would apply only to the reference cards.

I think the XFX warranty supports modding.

EVGA requires the cards being shipped back to them to be the way you received it (physically), you can take off the stickers and put them back on for RMA.

I know this because when I had my GTX 260's I asked an agent if I could take off the stickers and he told me as long as I put them back on when i need to RMA I'll be fine. But in worst case scenario those stickers don't go back on, i'd say just leave it.

As for XFX, no idea.

You could always measure and mock up your own and have a label/sticker maker company print some up for you. I did that for my PSU.

Yeah I guess it might get wearing seeing some ugly GPU elf chick all the time.

If your caseless or something I can see why you might want to do that.

Welcome to OCN/OCD. I'm kinda like that to man, but the GPU sticker doesn't bother me since mine just says "ECS GTX260 Black edition".

Feel free to correct me. I'm right just as often as I am wrong. Or wrong as equally as I am right at least. I dunno I could be wrong about that..

Yea I have never been able to remove the sticker without destroying it. Well lets hope that atleast XFX understands the decal is useless!

Response #1

From EVGA:

Quote:
Hi,

We do not recommend removing them. However, you may remove them if you keep the sticker intact (wax paper should do the trick) should you need to reapply it to send the card in.

Regards,

Nick
So just as nascasho said must keep it intact. Ill let you know when XFX responds.

^ Is it okay if the sticker is bent up or crooked. Might be hard to get it to exactly line up, and when I took mine off they kinda rolled up, I put them on a piece of wax paper though.
