i found out how to mod the lga for limiting boards and i was woundering(i overclock with clockgen) if having the voltage really high and not having the speed set high will this damage the cpu?

am gonna take it to 1.48 its at 1.3 stock is that fine or too much then

High voltage is risky either way, the speed doesn't change much (if anything slower would be marginally safer because of less heat).

well i used that mod what but my temps are gine i have a Scythe SCINF and my temps are 36 idle 62 load on a pd805 and my voltage is set to 1.47 is it doomed cuz i aint unmoding too much work and am only keeping the prossesor for a year and the speed is 3.969 http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=122743

1.48 is fine, 1.55v is the max for 90nm
cooling will become the issue above 1.475v
