Hi everyone,

Title says it all. My C: drive is an OCZ Agility 2 with my OS and some data on it. I just got a Samsung 840 Pro and formatted it as my G: drive using windows disk management. I want to make an exact copy of my C: drive and put it onto my new G: drive so that I can boot from G:. Can I do this with samsung data migration software? Does it matter that I'm copying from an OCZ drive?

Thanks,
Zach

I did this for friend with a Adata SSD and a standard HDD and it worked fine using Adatas software.
I don't know about booting from the G: drive, with his I just moved everything from the hdd to the
sdd and then made the sdd his C: drive then formatted the hdd and made it his D: drive.

Well for those wondering I just did it and it worked wonderfully. I also had my C: drive at 96% capacity when I did it and it still worked fine even though Samsung's software recommends no more than 80% capacity. Probably wasn't the best idea but hey, it worked!
