Before the Antec 900 came along and revolutionized modern case design, (if someone can attribute a different model of case that did this, I'd love to hear) Lian Li's were known for their high quality aluminium and steel construction with simple design aesthetics. However since the Antec 900, pretty much every case manufacturer tries to use high quality aluminium and steel (with plastic for more flamboyant designs, yes I know) and simple design elements to keep cases looking classy. Is there a place in this world for Lian Li? Is their aluminium/steel of higher quality than what the other manufacturers are doing? It's just that it has been many years since I've heard of anyone really desiring a Lian Li over another brand.

Lian Li remains one of the few that does all aluminum cases. Most cases out there have a ton of plastic in them. They're also the only major company I know of that still have cases that can be stripped down with a screwdriver and allen wrenches.

I'm not only underwhelmed, but this again reinforces the need for SFX PSU options beyond Silverstone's.

These cases are after many years of refinements in the mini itx category for lian li.It's just not easy to make a case that small that everyone will like,or find to be just what they need.

I'm not sure why you embolded the part you did. I've emboldened this:

"It looks very unique."

When it's basically a Mac Pro rip off, a case Linkworld also knocked off.

I think Lian Li does a good job of sticking with their style, the problem is that that style is starting to look a little oversimplified and dated.

Lian Li designed the PowerMac G5/Mac Pro case.

Still prefer the M1 over any cases Lian Li has made. Definitely not a fan of having the PSU right in front of the motherboard.. definitely more suited for offices and internet cafes than gaming heh

If that's true I should say that Bitfenix ripped off Lian Li instead of Mac for the Prodigy then.

There's clearly a spot for an SFX PSU in it. Silverstone's 450w 80+ Gold unit would be perfect for it.
