Yeah, though you have to be able to ignore the thought in the back of your head that says the cooler is too close to the GPU solder points and is unsafe. So far I seem to be able to ignore it, but every time I like in my case to change something I make sure it's as far away as possible.

I think they look sleek.

And I don't know about you guys.. but I wouldn't see the side of my RAM anyways, just the top. Unless when you have a pal come over you whip out your RAM and brag about it.
