hey guys i am making a new build. the cpu is the intel i7 3820. it is going to be overclocked. it is a LGA 2011 socket type. and im hoping that you guys know of a really good cpu cooler. it can be a air or liquid cooler. if it is a liquid cooler make sure it is a enclosed cooler like the CORSAIR H70. thanks for all your help.

The H80 is pretty good. I would go for the H100 if your case supports it. The Noctua NH-D14 is pretty good too.

If you want the H100 to cool like a D14, Silver Arrow or TC14PE (the top air coolers), you'll have to turn the fans up to MAX. It's a bit like having a hair dryer in your computer.

CLC's are garbage. These people just want to feel better about the garbage they bought. rolleyes.gif
