OMG! (JK) Yeah, I know the feeling

Personally, I would sit on it for a week and continue running Prime95, 3DMark06 and SuperPi peridoically, as well as put your regular game load on it. See how it weathers the extra stress. Carefully monitor your temps to make sure they stay where you feel comortable.

24hrs is for the "Rock-Solid" rating (or maybe it's 48 ).

Noone or maybe not..

I personally think that's good already, 7hours+. You can push it further. I'm running 3.1GHz on Intel's stock HSF and I tested with Prime95 for 6 hours stable.

You could maybe push it further, but dont go over 55-60c for sure.
