prime 95 should use 100% of your cpu

For Orthos, you can run four instances to stress all 4 cores. Use ''Set Affinity'' in the Task Manager to assign to each core.

Or, try OCCT (http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php)

Prime should load cpu to 100%, check that you have the latest version. Its wise to stress test with multiple programs as each one may find instability the other one did not. I recommend 50 passes of linx on all memory, and 12 hours of prime blend.

Intel burn test and linx are other stressing programs.

Orthos = 2 threaded Prime95 with GUI....

Just run the later versions of P95 that can run at least 8 threads.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) Report, not respond to Spam (6) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (7) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives (8) Requirements come before hardware for servers

When you first open Prime, it will start 4 workers on 4 threads. You need to stop all those workers, and then from the top go to Options -> Torture Test. From there you should see "Number of torture test threads to run", you should see "4". Change that to "8" and you'll be at 100%, testing across 8 threads.
