I found mobile-shopping.org, but it is in australia... No way to return something if there is a problem eh?

Is there anything with a close design to this in the USA? Maybe there is a place where you can custimize your laptop completely: ex) Dell XPS with 40Gb hard drive instead of required 250GB...etc?

Pentium M cheap? Sorry dude but that is not going to happen.

I just spent a whole week trying to get one for my syster-in-law and couldn't find anything in her price range.

Heck! I even tried eBay and I cannot understand why people would buy used laptops and pay as much as a brand new one? That puzzles me.

Best thing is too look around (brand new one) and see who charges the least ammoun of money for one. Whether it's Dell, Gateway, HP, Acer, Toshiba and Sony.

Acer is usually the cheapest I've seen. Look for mail in rebates at best buy and compUSA and stuff...that's how you get cheap laptops
