How come in those six weeks you didn't learn that an nForce is pure crap for overclocking? I mean, if overclocking your E6600 you want, you might as well ditch the nForce 4 chipset MoBo for a P965 and you'll see the E6600 fly.

A 333fsb overclock? I'm not even sure if that's been done with that mobo but I hope you do get lucky.

I'd get some faster RAM as well. 6400 at least...Got my 6400 RAM running at 880MHz and I haven't playing with timings yet

Pentium D930 3.0GHz @ 4.6GHz: proof
Pentium D930 3.0GHz @ 4.656GHz: proof
Core2Duo E6600 2.4GHz @ 3.4GHz: proof

I think what everyone is saying is, you just put a super-charged V8 in a VW bus. It's OK, I made the same mistake when I started. Just keep in mind, that there are really two rational directions to go here:
1) Gaming rig with zero-lag
2) Psychotic overclocking benchmarks

With your rig, you haven't really achieved either goal. You sort of built a machine with parts from both. The CPU is worthy of goal #2, but the MoBo would have worked with goal #1 if the video was better and the CPU wasn't as powerful.

Anyway, check out the Forum and you will see how everything works together to help you achieve whatever your goal is.

Cheers and welcome!
