That doesn't tell you anything other than that windows doesn't know why your computer shut off. I had my PSU go bad today and shut my system off just like that. It wouldn't power back on though. My PSU is 2 months old, so it can happen at any time.

but i just changed my power supply because i was suspecting that it is the problem.. but the lockup/sudden shutdowns still occured.. it is really hard to find what's wrong..
