I own a 2140, is a good CPU, better than A643500+ at least

Most, if not all of the E2140's now in the retail chain are going to be M0's by now. If it is an M0 then like was said before 73c is your limit. You can safely go up to that temp and not damage the chip. Most just try to use a "buffer zone" in temps. Try to keep it mid 60's at the most.

If it hits 67-68 on Orthos and doesn't get any higher you should be fine if it's not getting that hot for 24/7 use.

Back in the saddle again....

If you can overclock the E2140 to 3.6Ghz it will probably perform similarly to the E6400 @ 3.0Ghz.
