Asus 2500k + Asus Sabertooth 67

I like what the Sabertooth offers, quality parts, TUF seems decent, more cooling is always welcomed

EVGA SC 570GTX

Reading around, EVGA SC seems to be able to clock up to 900mhz which is higher than most 570 models. And EVGA is probably my favourite company. (Own OC software, free 3Dmark)

2x 4GB Kingston 1666mhz RAM

HAF 912, seems to have better reviews than the 922 which I may still opt for, I am contemplating SLI in the future so the 912 should be fine?

Seasononic 850X - Futureproofing for SLI, another option is a CM Silent Pro 1000W

Samsung F3 TB - Pretty much the best out there.

LG LED 236V - Good price I am getting on this, LED and IPS.

Would someone be willing to play devil's advocate on my setup? wink.gif

I think the 1000W is overkill, 850 should be great smile.gif I like everything in the setup, what is your budget for the graphics card?? And are you going air or water cooling?

yep maxing out the fan slots in the HAF 912.

570GTX excites me, great price point for me without paying the premium for th 580 and great scaling for SLI in future smile.gif

a 1000w PSU is overkill.... as Rakhasa said, 850 is more than enough.... but if you plan to have some major upgrades in future, then get 1000w one.... up to you
and how come you are not getting a SSD.... get one bro...
everything else seems solid...
and what will you mainly use this build for?

Waiting for Vertex 3 to come out and well, money is pretty tight at the moment. but SSD is in the cards.

Rig will be used for Skyrim, Deus Ex etc and some music production stuff in the future

Why wait for vertex 3 to come out in a month or two, when there are already sata 3 ssds out? Unless you're a big OCZ fan or something. But i can't wait for skyrim too biggrin.gif. Oh and ASUS GTX570 DirectCU II can easily OC to 900.

From what I've read and been informed, a quaity 750w is plenty for SLI 570's

You'll never truly appreciate the SWEET until you've tasted the BITTER

If a task was easy, someone else would be doing it!

There both great for OCing from what i read. The deluxe just has a few more features, but that's if you need those features. I'd compare them side by side, but personally I am going with asus sabertooth P67 B3. At the end of the day it all boils down to preference.
