Im starting to wonder if the best thing to do is to take this problem to the eVGA forums where it will get public exposure.
Oh okay, I thought I remembered you saying that they were gonna be sending you out the SLI bridge and the fan. Guess not that really sucks man.

Hmm that's unusual for eVGA...

Btw, their boards are manufactured by Foxxcon or something like that. Take a look on Newegg; there's a Foxxcon SLI 590MCP board that is exactly identical to the eVGA SLI 590MCP board. The only thing different is the logos; no joke.

and my mobo is pretty much the same as a Jetway 939-gt4-sli, they don't just use the same company for every mobo

Thats stupid they give you the stuff for free but with non of the accessories which kind of make the board pointless.

Yup, furthermore, I think it asinine that they even call them accessories... these parts (the fan) are obviously needed for normal operation... that pic was taken at stock settings, I cant imagine how warm that would get when overclocked and playing a game.

Are you sure you cant order just those parts from eVGA?

I ordered a eVGA sticker for my G80 from them and it was free.

I have a P5Nsli...and similar issues. Those Nvidia NB's, are some scorchers for sure! I rotated my mobo, on its back so the video card is vertical, it dropped my cpu temps by 6c. I've since added a 60mm fan to it, my brother suggested mounting my spare artic freezer to the NB, lol

*Dont mean to play devils advocate, but if you won a 4000$$ rig....why not just go get a fan or aftermarket NB cooler?

MCP = Multiple Chip Package.

Talk about being happy and mad at the same time. You won this killer system, and it's hot, hot, hot!

And yeah..."here's your prize, it's missing some vital components" I sure hope they do you right. Free or not, they have an obligation.

If it does melt down on him, maybe eVGA will be nice enough to replace his board since they didn't include some vital components.
