So i swapped out my current rig into a new case, a Corsair 300r windowed. I also picked up 3 new fans, all three of them being corsair quiet PWM fans. I put two up top, and replaced the stock corsair H60 fan with one of the PWM fans. I plugged the PWM fan into the CPU_FAN header, and the H60 pump into a standard 3 pin fan outlet. How can i solve this problem? My mobo is a Sabertooth P67.

Get into your bios and find CPU Fan Speed and put that to ignore.

Might help.
