Hi all, iv decided to stick out the wait for M2 and upgrade the intel mobo in my P4 2.4. Now i have come down to these 2 boards and need to make a decision. Rite now im leaning toward the MSI because the black PCB will go great with the black Aopen geforce 6200 I just bought. But thats just based on looks, i would like to know which is the better overclocker, because for the next 6 months i will be sucking evrything this cpu has got, im trying to shoot for 3-3.2 on this cpu. So plz give me the low down on these two boards, and your overclocknig experiences, and help me ake this decision.
Thanks

Well i have no experience with Abit, but!
As for the MSI 865PE Noe2 board, i can tell you that mines a great over clocker. P4 3.4Ghz @ 4.085 stable.

Yes there is adjustments in the bios and on the desktop software.
The only issue with this board is my v-core is set at 1.4125v in the bios and the MSI desktop software says its at 1.3v. And the temps are a little inaccurate by 5c.
But its something i have work around and gotten used to.
