If I was to insert a dual channel 1866 MHz RAM (Corsair, model CMSX16GX3M2A1866C10), would I be able to force the A10 mobile to recognize the 1866 MHz speed?

the motherboard and bios involved has a lot to do with it. They need to support the ram as well.
