Maybe. but putting a higher-priority task to the CPU and timing it with the program youre using, that helps

You can already assign application priority without MemTurbo in Task Manager. However, the OS already by default gives the active application higher priority. Again, this application looks like junk and is just a GUI over already builtin OS features.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) Report, not respond to Spam (6) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (7) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives (8) Requirements come before hardware for servers

I think the app does apply higher-priority automatically on the apps you are running. Instead of always putting it down or up in the task manager

You can do the same in the registry under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Con trol\\PriorityControl.

However, set priority may cause application conflicts and generally better to let the OS its job of managing resources. Point still stands that this app is a waste of money....
