hello i have a 2.8 OC to 3.33 my ram is Vram and 2gb pc3200. they are running at 2 x 198 mhz this is a bottleneck correct? what timing do you recomend? right now they are at 2.5 3 3 5

If your RAM is running at 198 MHz, you can run your RAM at its stock timings (since the stock speed is 200 MHz). Just check the specs for your RAM and go with the defaults for your particular RAM.

hello again i try to set it in the bios to 400mhz in ddr frequency but it wont boot up i set it at 320 and up the bus to get to that speed? do u know why?

Is your RAM rated for 2.5-3-3-5? Perhaps those timings are too tight for your RAM. Try something loose like 3-3-3-8 and see if that helps.
