I read that newer TCCD like more voltage up to 3.1-3.2 so maybe ill get 2-2-2-5 at 275 MHZ.

Wish me luck

Actually Samsung TCCD chips like very low voltage, like 2.7-2.9 volts. Winbond UTT or BH-5 chips are the ones that like the high voltage, like 3.5 and up. Anyway that RAM should be great, I just ordered some GSkill BH-5 and I'm hoping they keep their tight timings too, seems like GSkill is really moving up in the RAM competition.

Good luck and keep up posted on how that overclocks

yeah, TCCD doesn't like over 2.9v. The only TCCd RAM I even know of that is warrantied to work higher is my ram... 2.9 +5% = 3.0v

w/ your DFI board you may want to think about some BH-5 it will go to about 270 w/ tight timings and lots of juice

Current Sound: ODAC > SA Reference IC > Musical Paradise MP-301 6v6 tube amp> Tekton Designs 4.1 loudspeakers

Feedback: Heatware Ebay

I would agree with that, UTT or BH-5 chips love DFI boards because they can supply the voltage they need, I.E. 3.5+ volts. You may want to look into those types of chips because they can hit high FSB with real low timings.

Just a suggetion.

Geil ONE BH-5 - argueably the best BH-5 chips around with a CAS of 1.5 - Hard to beat it.

GSkill UUT GBGH - extremely good "bang for the buck" memory. For the price you can't beat it with anything. Does amazing 2-2-2-5 at high FSBs with high volts. That is the stuff I bought and you should look some reviews on it up, it's pretty amazing stuff.

Good luck

I can attest to the tight timings of the Geil BH- I run 250mhz on my RAM, or DDR500, at 1.5-2-2-5 on 3.5 volts.
