yeah, as a programmer, I'd say they have an error with their processing systems, or perhaps the systems are poorly designed...

I have heard overclockers.co.uk have a bad reputation, especially for customer support - they have lots of bad reviews.

Hope you can get it sorted

Your bank is the one that froze your credit card due to suspected fraudulent activity. That website might be using a 3rd party or overseas merchant account. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing so, but some banks might have flags in place to temporarily block those transactions until they speak with you. This is all done to reduce the bank's fraudulent costs and shouldn't be a slam against the website. Before you bash a website, you should speak with your bank

I have a Capital One credit card and they also stop my card when I use it on a site that seems out of my usual spending pattern.

It annoys the hell out of me but I'd rather they did it.

Ive always had a good experience using them really..However there are the few that have issues. Have you contacted your card company and explained the situation ?

Just an FYI, they're doing it to protect themselves. You have 0 risk, but they do not have the same luxury. (see Consumer Protection Act of 1986 if you're unfamiliar with what i'm referring to)
