Motion Performance - The amount of blur you see during movement. My IPS blurs so badly, if I get behind a running infantry and pan - he's in about 3 places at once. I don't know where to shoot.
TNs are significantly better.

Here, look at my 2 pictures, a TN and an IPS:

Just cuss you bought a slow ms monitor, does not mean a tn is better then IPS.

ITS a fact that IPS is better.

Just like there are low quality TN panels, there are low quality IPS.

Why do you think the IPS version is 300 dollars more?

It's a Q270, which at the time had one of the best motion performances for IPS - that I was able to find.

Also, your declaration of "fact" is still unfounded. Clearly, you don't understand what you espouse, so you have to jump to conclusion and insult. (of TN, not me.)

You just proved your self wrong. Have a good day.
That monitor is such low quality lol.

And if you think 6ms is the best then again you proved me right.

I would love to see which model has fast response time and no screen tearing for an ips monitor. My Yamakasi is good but I still see screen tearing. I've tried the Dell 3011 and that was horrible for screen tearing. I came from a 27" 1080 120hz, very smooth, no tearing, not as good colors or viewing angle as the Yamaksai but I don't watch my monitor from an angle either. By all means, please let us know what IPS is fast response time, great for gaming, better than any TN performance out there.

Screen tearing is when video feed is not in sync with your screens refresh rate. Nothing to do with the actual monitor.

So you either deal with IPS and the out of sync or maybe gsync might be an eventual resolution, whenever that day comes or is there a better way?

We've both asked him for an IPS with low motion blur.
He hasn't answered either of us.

Sorry to say too you, this is a very good 4K TN monitor and the vast majority that own one say the same. I gave my 1440 IPS to my daughter and now using the Samsung 4K. Nice. wink.gif

Now, just waiting on my blocks, and then the teardown begins.
