Just make sure artifact scanning is enabled and let it run for 15 minutes.
It counts the number of artifacts in the top left corner, if it shows anyting other than zero, your card is unstable.

Thank you very much for your help!

@ OP: You'll find that there are a number of people here who don't approve of/use Furmark for stress testing. Ideally the best way to stress your OC is by actually playing whatever game(s) you play. Just like you would with Furmark; increase your clock speeds a little, do some stressing (in this case, gaming [which i.m.o. is more fun than watching a fuzzy donut do backflips]) and if you don't have any artifacts/crashes/abnormalities then go ahead and bump up your clocks some more.

Edit: As others have said, OCCT is a great method of testing stability as well.

Yeah I know that it's just that games behave way too different and others crash while others don't, anyway it seemed like the directx 11 patch was the reason of the failed overclock many people had it that when installing it their overclock would fail alot. But it also happened in Battlefield 3 but I think it wasn't because of my overclock because the card didn't downclock itself as low as it usually does after a failed overclock :/

If crysis crashes your computer, why not just use crysis as the stress tester?

I think occt is only for single gpu testing. I havent gotten it to work on my setup.

It's not that it just crashes my overclock, but everyone that overclocks has a problem with the directx 11 patch of Crysis 2, even people with preoverclocked cards are crashing that's why it's not a reliable test

This is a widespread issue? I have this problem too. Even if I overclock by 10 MHz in Crysis 2 I get crashes. Good to know that it's not just me.

Yes it is, just don't enable the directx 11 patch and also I think the high resolution texture pack
