The GPU load won't go above 49%. Tested in Furmark and Heaven. I have the latest nvidia drivers. I ran Driver Sweeper and performed a clean install twice and it didn't help.

Any suggestions?

Try OCCT with 8 shader complexity. It also seems as if the memory bandwidth could be limiting the card?

Mem bandwidth shouldn't affect GPU load though should it?
