Hello, What would be one of the best OC program for Geforce 7950GT? Corrently running at stock 600MHz-GPU/1450MHz-memory...

That's my method, too. I use ATI Tool to find max clock, then Coolbits to apply them.

Dont forget to get the ATI tool beta. With that it adds support to nvidia cards:

You Guys think that 7950gt is a great card? Can I play medieval 2 total war on high settings and other games? My spec: P4 3.4, 1gb of ram, 80gb HD, asus mb, 400watt power supply, and 7950gt...

It's an awesome card. Yes you should be able to run high settings on those games with that setup.

Here's a tip for you though. Click on UserCP at the top of your window and then click Edit System Specs and just type in your information there. It makes thing nice a neat and easy to read.

agreed, that's what I use and it's great. Plus it has great hardware monitoring.

I usually use coolbits and ati tool hand-in-hand, but I agree that it will never be complete without rivatuner.
