I'm very satisfied with the Vapor-X cooling solution. The temps are good and the fans are very quiet up to 44% fan speed. It gets loud after 50%.

The best cooling solution I've ever seen is the 2-slot DCII by ASUS. At 65-70% fan speed the card was inaudible and kept my overclocked GTX 670 at 60°C.

All graphics cards are annoying at full speed, even my old 7970 Matrix which is meant to be the quietest card you can get.
