maybe you got a bad card? maybe something else (directX perhaps) is not well installed?

Try checking other elements and see how that goes

Have you tried 331.58? It works really well for me with my 480s. When you install it, make sure you do a clean install and have any GPU monitoring software (like MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision) closed. I used to have this problem with some drivers after 314.22, but the last two from Nvidia fixed the issue. Not sure if this is going to help much since you have Kepler and I have Fermi, but it's worth a shot.

Are your cards at stock?

Getting the same problems except maybe worse on 2 660s. On a fresh install of Windows 7, BF4 beta wouldnt let me us AA or it would crash, BF3 flickers, and crashes when I die, Metro LL the entire screen just blinks. Every other game is a stutter fest. I'd recommend underclocking the cards but that hasn't done anything for me. Everything especially went wrong when I installed GeForce Experience.

Your on 314.22 now still.?

Yes and everything is working perfectly on the 314.22's.

It's once I try something newer that I get issues.

I am upgrading to the new 331.65 beta's and I'll see how they work.

I've had a bad SLI bridge cause stuff like that, along with unstable overclocks.

My SLi bridge eventually got shorted out or fried but I doubt it was because of the SLI issues

My OC TIs are the same way, 314.22 is magnificent.

.23 is pretty decent...

But I have to run +110 or else crazy things happen.

I was going to suggest upping the voltage a little.

So I tried the new 331.65 beta's and they've been working perfectly for me. Played GRID 2 for a few hours and ARMA3 and I've had no flashing textures or stuttering.

Before they would occasionally stutter for a half second, and the sound would stutter as well. As if it was about to BSOD.

Give the 331.65s a chance and see how they work for you Grunion.

Sadly I uninstalled BF3 this morning to make room for my BF4 pre-load so I can't test with that but every other game has been working properly again.

Thanks and rep+

Glad you got it all sorted out. I know my 580 will do that when I oc it and don't give it enough juice.
