Kind of a weird situation here. I can not get windows to display the desktop from my top gtx 660. It used to but I had taken a card out when flashing the bios. So I can get windows desktop only from bottom card and bios only from top card.

I have tried:

1.Disabling SLI and re-enabling
2. Booting with just top card in then adding the second.

Annoying if trying to oc going back and forth to bios I have to switch the cable.

Flashing bios on GPU's right? Sounds like a bad flash, just flash over again. Same result? Flash again.
If you are talking about motherboard flashing, this can also have similar results. Flash again with both cards in.

Nah the cards are fine. Flash went fine both run great in sli and both run fine when single. It's just for some reason in sli it wants to send video out of the bottom card only. I think tomorrow I will take the bottom card out get and get things running from the top card only again and see if that doesn't trigger it to stay like that in sli.
