you have made like 30 posts and most of them double, triple even quadruple.

So calm down do this rationaly, take your time write down what you want to say and all the information you may be asked.

I would be rly p*ssd aswell if this happened to me, rember to use good feedback sellers etc. My transaction for my PSP went well - ~
Ceramic White PSP with GTA & Little Britian Series 1 for £240 big ones. Not sure how much that is in CAN or US $

I strongly suggest you ask your mother to deal with this for you. MasterCard will not discuss this matter with you as you are not the card holder and if they did so they would be in breach of your countries data protection legislation. Paypal shouldn't have spoke to you about this either, then again they are an ebay company and don't know their jaxie from their shibatty.

When she contacts MasterCard she will need to explain to them that a purchase was made with her card through PayPal for goods on ebay. She will have to tell them that the goods have not been received and that the seller is ignoring any contact attempts. She will also need to let them know that PayPal and eBay have already been contacted. (If you have not reported it to ebay already be sure to do this). The customer service advisor will then take down some details from her so be sure to have the date and amount of the transaction to hand and exactly what the payment was for.

She may end up getting transfered to the credit card company's fraud investigation department where they will ask her the same question again. They may tell her that she will need to report this to the police before claiming through them. If this is the case she will need to call your local department's number (do not use the emergency number) and ask to speak to an officer who can help her and that she needs to report a case of internet fraud.

i talked to the lady and all and she said taht it would be fine and that she would send off a form i had to sign (my mom) and they will do a little investigation and if they decide in my favor i get refunded!!!

one question... what would be a reason not to decide in my favor?

Only reason I can think of is if they think you are trying to make a fraudulent claim.

Not sure if it is user preference but this seemed like a lot of work, when I bought my 6800 off EBay my email contact from the seller had his complete address and phone number right on it, no searching for it at all. Btw it was a smooth transaction and I hope all works out for you.

I play BF2, BFBC2 and BF3

if the guy is an expert in scamming, then he would know how to counter that
