I am searching for a capture card for recording my gameplay on xbox 360 for my youtube channel , my budget is 160 $ and less , i want 1080 p and live stream . i found someone adn they all look nice .

if you want 1080p captures you'd have to use hdmi.

im not sure but isn't there some hdcp issues when you do that?

Xbox 360 doesn't have the HDCP with the HDMI, so you should be able to pick a capture device and just use it. I had an El Gato at one point and I loved it. Easy to set up and use, and the video turned out really well. Wholly recommend it
