Does anybody know how to make letters appear above letters, aka, like c^ch, almost as if you were writing an exponent but in letters?

EDIT: In a program like word.

Select the letter(s) go to formatting and make it superscript. Voila!

EDIT:
Format > Font > Superscript > OK
