I'm losing my mind right now... My case is now into week 4 of transit!. My week off is fast approaching, and if i don't have the case to work with, i'm gonna be stuck with a bunch of supplies, and nothing to do with 'em .

BTW, anyone know where i can pick up a universal molex pin remover on the cheap? Anywhere i've priced it out, they want like $25 after shipping.

So far this past April, I've been averaging around 12-14 hour days at work. I've had to work 2 weekends, including one straight through to monday. My wife's also been in town the past three weeks.

So, yeah.

Progress hasn't been at a blistering pace so far. I'm maybe 3% of the way to completion. The first 3% seems to be coming out very nice so far though!

You just need to document your progress in your private thread. If your images fit you can upload them on to the site directly. You can also upload the images to an off site image hosting site like our own www.rigshowcase.com

No....

I don't think that it would be a problem if both entries were in the same category. However I think this year we will keep it to only one entry.

Ugh, I -have- a case to muse upon and thats it. I tore all the old hardware out but I am STILL brainstorming a:
A. Theme
B. Mods to support said theme
C. Materials to accomplish said theme and mods

I do however have a rough mockup in my head. I just have to hammer out the small details and whatnot.

Im assuming you mean something to take the metal pins out of the plastic housing correct? If so just grab a set of those small screwdrivers (eye-glass toolset or computer toolset, and regular eye glass kit is usually cheaper). Or if you have a small screwdriver around use that. The metal pins have a little 'barb' that catches a lip in the housing. Just get a screwdriver small enough to fit in there and bend the barb down. Then when you get ready to re-insert it to the plug pry it out a little. I can get some pics if you want mate.

Picked up mostly all of my modding materials I have already run into a few problems with my original design and have made the proper arrangements to fix them. All is well
