1.4 patch released.. this is very recent as of 4-26-11 Just now.. so far.
• Vote-kicking feature added.
• Added a reserved slot system for server admins.
• Further improvements to anti-cheat measures.
• Objectives are returned if they end up in forbidden areas.
• Fix for Nanosuit Modules that could not be leveled in some circumstances.
• Fix for some instances of errors logging into multiplayer that would report "Could not connect to Gamespy".
• Fix for unlock tokens failing to be awarded if a player quit a game in which they leveled up before the end of the round.
• Fix for inconsistencies with weapon zooming.
• Fix for outdated stats being saved when a client leaves mid-game.
• Fixes to the Nanosuit Reboot option available at level 50.
• Fixed several weapon exploits.
• Fixed a rare issue where auto-aim, stealth kill and grab would not work on an AI.
• Reduced memory footprint of sound.
• Optimized full screen effects on some graphics cards.
• Optimized SSAO on some graphics cards.

Looks like they gonna hold off the weapon change until the next patch.


ALSO.. Update: Patch should now be available and automatically download. Please check that your version has been updated to the latest "1.4.0.0" version via the Crysis2.exe details.

Not all servers are updated to the latest version so there will be a short period of time where only a limited amount of servers are available but keep trying and more servers/slots will become available soon!

Update 2: Steam patch was rolled out but a glitch occured with the rest which is why the patch isn't yet available. Please bear with us while this rollout issue is resolved. Further information in the last post.

Update 3: Autodownloader is now picking up the patch so you should be able to download it. If the patch doesn't automatically download, please use Crysis2Launcher.exe in the Crysis2/Bin32 folder.

I don't use steam but figure everyone should know if they don't bother to know to check Crysis 2 forums. Hope this helps.

• DSG1: Reduced fire rate
• Feline: Increased recoil
• Hammer: Reduced recoil
• Jackal: Reduced full auto spread, Increased single shot spread
• Jaw: Reduced damage, Reduced rocket speed
• Kvolt: Increased damage
• LTag: Increased fire rate, Increased damage
• Mk60: Reduced recoil
• Scar: Increased recoil
• Scarab: Increased recoil, Increased spread
• Gauss attachment: Increased clip size, Removed damage falloff
• Light shotgun attachment: Increased clip size, Reduced damage
• Frag grenade: Increased damage
• HMG: Removed crouch accuracy bonus

Modules:
• Air Stomp: Reduced recovery time
• Nano Recharge: Reduced recharge rate
• Detonation Delay: Reduced delay
• Energy Transfer: Reduced tier 3 transfer amount
• Point Fire Enhance: Reduced spread further
• Weapon Pro: Increased reload and ironsight speeds further
• Mobility Enhance: Increased energy costs

Other:
• Nanosuit 2.0: Reduced armour bonus
• Headshot damage modifier reduced

Soo many changes but ive already finished the game. And the multiplayer is way too cod like, what happened to the tanks and powerstruggle D= anyway good to know that crytek are focusing on improving the weapons before they fix the microstutter and add a higher dx support...

Jeez guys you need to REALIZE that it takes time to finish a dx11 feature. It works difficult with cryengine 3 you know? Give it a rest. Be glad we have patches. They are working hard on dx11 and i wouldn't want them to rush it. Be patience eh?

I love the concept of votekicking. Just kick anyone with a lower KD ratio of 1:1, as they are detrimental to the team.

Fock crytek the let all the pc gamers down for a quick bulk I spend $5000 on my pc and I get a game like crysis 2 which supposed to be the best
