Don't be offended man! I'm just telling you Fact!! Sorry if you can't take it. Not an Intel fan boy or Amd. Read up for yourself!. You could get a few more frames with an Intel rig. You have a $200 cpu with a $1000 worth of cards what did you expect lol Just gave you proof do the research. thumb.gif

Edit: Not with multiple cards.

Not offended you're acting like I'm being bottlenecked when it's not a rendering application where amd thrives, however in the thread you posted it also show it's less than a 10fps difference on the min side of fps. Also a less than 10fps increase for $600+ in gear is not worth it. Maybe when intel releases actual ground breaking cpus I'll switch over but for now this 8 core does everything and more especially for video encoding and rendering of images/videos.

Well it beats it in office and web financial analysis while the 8320 beats it in every 3d rendering program, with the I7 beating amd on core ONLY gaming which has little to no affect on the actual benchmarks with gpus.

Yea. I'm getting 84 FPS average on dual HD 7870 XT's currently @ 1920x1200 ultra preset. The ONLY thing that's keeping me from turning up scaling is that each of my cards only have 2GB VRAM.

That 2nd HD 7870 XT is what I needed. BF4 is an AMAZING experience now. It is clear that the game has been heavily optimized for AMD CPU's and GPU's (90% average usage on each GPU; 70-80% usage on my FX 8320 @ 4.5Ghz)

BF4 LOVES dual GPU setups... at least on the AMD side of things. Not sure about Nvidia card users.
