Besides getting to use all 4gigs of RAM, do games do better in 64bit? like take crysis for example, does it look any better? I'm trying to come across that free vista 64bit deal! But if I can't find vista, then I have XP 64bit.

I noticed a good 5-10% increase in game performance going from xp 32 to xp 64 if that helps your decision. Boot times for 64 bit are slower however, as windows has to load the WOW64 emulator.

Larger wordsize of course. You can also address more than 4GB of memory.

64-bit does improve performance quite a bit... I noticed it from 32-bit.

Is that just in games that support 64bit? Is there any advantage to 32bit?

Would it be a wise decision to switch to Windows XP PRO 64bit from 32bit when I have 4GB?

yes, unless you feel like having a ram stick that isn't functional.
