Do you know get a months free play or something?

Also, do you need credit card details to setup an account?
For your last question, here's a link to the account creation:

https://register.ageofconan.com/account

From what it looks like, you need a key to do so. I'm curious what key; one with the full game, or if a trial key can be used (or however they work it).

Hmm ok thanks.

I think how it works is:

You put your retail key in there and make an account, then thats your account created until you use a CC or gamecard to buy membership.

I think if you use a trial key, it will still create your account, then when you do get the full game, you just upgrade your key with the retail one.

I selected DX10 (client setting) and am noticing changes. I believe you that it isn't available yet, however i am noticing little improvements to the quality of the graphics of the game. Im guessing that means shader model 4.0 in August/September as well? August/September is a long time off! jeez

Also for the people who wanted to know about the day / night setting : Daytime is for Multiplayer (the MMO aspect) and the Nightime is for Singleplayer.

One reason to buy this game ..... hmm ..... its a crap load better than WoW! The graphics are simply amazing, if you have the hardware to make it amazing. Blood and Fatality kills are awesome!

Can you buy this game online? As in, download it? I'd rather not go to a B&M store.

If anybody has a AoC buddy key they would be willing to share with me, please do so. I won't be able to buy my retail copy for two weeks. It feels like forever

Dankina - Tempest of Set - Deathwhisper

This server seems pretty popular. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing for you...

About what level do you leave the nub island? Duo questing is a bit rough with the single player aspects.

I mean, it's great and all. You learn to play the game w/o looking like a fool in front of someone, but if you want to play with someone else it's a pain.
