Man that's a nice set up...I'm looking at getting something from sherline but I'm not sure it's going to be able to handle copper .

I never use enough because I got so used to the CNC Mill I used over the summer. Now all the mills I use aren't CNC and the fluid is pain in the AS5.

man getting a reliable coolant system has been a real pain. i've finally got something that is reliable. but i still want more . a second nozzle would really help out ...

Depends...loc-line stuff seems pretty expensive. Just as a question where did you get your cutting fluid pump from?

i got it locally which probably doesn't help you .. i had to make my self a descent fluid strainer for it .. it looks very mad scientist now ! and im very happy with it

Ok so the copper is faced ready for tomorrow and i've picked up the acrylic for the cover . now i need to finish the design ! it's probably abit over built at 10mm thick ! oh well
