on my black mist verizon s4, i have some very strange bubbles surrounding the home button under the glass. at least i think theyre bubbles. maybe condensation? not sure what to do here, i got mine on amazon about a week after it was released on verizon. i am running an aosp rom.

do you think i could go back to the verizon store if i unrooted and did triangle away and get it swapped out? i also have a aluminum home button

Make sure that you have insurance on your plan before you go in, im sure they would help you. My soft keys died on my S4, and they just ordered me a new one, no questions asked.

sweet, i dont have insurance on it and id honestly rather stick with the defective phone than make a $100 claim, thats a lot of money for me right now. its not covered under warranty?

If its a problem with the phone, like a hardware failure or defect, its covered. Only time you have to pay is if its your fault, lost it, spilled water on it, broke it etc.
