Hi everyone!

Well, i have bought a PS3, and i would like to buy some games and a PSN Plus upgrade from the STORE.
But I have the following problem: I dont have a credit / debit card

BUT I have a Paypal Account with funds on it that i could use. But as you know, we cant pay in the Store with the paypal Funds, so:
Is there any service that lets you create VIRTUAL Debit / Credit Cards, and then add funds to them with your paypal balance?

Or, is there any website were i can buy a Gift Card with paypal balance?

Any suggestion is welcome!

PS: im from south america, so dont tell me to register on Citi or bank of america to get VCC cards, as I cant because im not an American citizen.

You should be able to purchase Playstation Network Pre-paid cards ($20/50). I'm not sure what is available in South America, but I see them on Amazon, Bestbuy, and eBay. Amazon doesn't take paypal, not sure about Bestbuy so I guess look at eBay or a retailer in your country.

the problem with buying the PS Cards are the following:

1) If i buy them directly in my country, i CANT pay with paypal, where i have fund that i dont use and need to give them a use.

2) If i buy them in Ebay or another store outside my country, i will have to pay the shipping, and ALSO, Custom taxes (my country is a *#@"* about that).

So, basically i need a service to transfer funds from my paypal account to a Virtual CC / Debit card
OR, buy GIFT Virtual Credit Cards with paypal funds.

Any suggestions?

Well, what banks do you have? Do none of them have VCC?

typing in virtual credit/debit card into google brings up some options that can tie into Paypal, but I don't have experience with any of them.

There are banks here, even Citibank has their branches here, but they do NOT offer VCC.
We are far away from USA. frown.gif

Can you buy stuff from Ebay? Buy a PSN card from Ebay and use it.
