My new sunbeam has fluctuation on the Vcore. Is it normal? and how far should it fluctuate?

what are you using to measure your Vcore? if you are using cpu-z then I have noticed that the program shows fluctuations often... I do not believe it is anything to worry about.

If it's your vcore that fluctuating then that is more likely a fault of the motherboard than the power supply.
