No Geforce chips have Tmax of 104°C the i had 200 series cards go over 95° and they still work , my current GTX 460 stays between 70-80°C full load but it´s far away from the trhottle or damage range.

I am pretty sure kepler will throttle clocks when they get to 70c.

i always have trouble installing beta drivers. i tried installing this one. the screen went black as usual...then...nothing. have to hard reset then manually install a WHQL.

Yeah, I couldn't even boot into Windows 8 with these. It would reach the point where the login screen was supposed to pop up but all I got was a blank screen and an occasional blue flash.

Had to go into safe mode to remove the drivers and reinstall the stable set.

No, they never go above 65c and the 680 Lightning doesn't throttle when using the LN2 BIOS. I don't have any issues with the latest official drivers, just the latest beta drivers in SLI mode.

No issues installing these and they work fine with BF3. I'm not sure why some people are having issues installing this set. Maybe you aren't removing the old drivers properly before installing these.

Tried this and it didn't let me play COD MW2 then. I have to revert back to the old drivers.
