Well which skin are you trying to use?

find skins at : http://customize.org/foobar
or the one EVERYONE uses cause it comes in a self installing EXE is fooAvA 1.04
Basically, you install the necessary components that are listed into the components folder
which is basically copying them from your download zip/folder and copying the .ddl files into
the components folder in C:\\program files\\foobar200. Then you install the skin and its imgs into the PanelsUI folder, which is once again clicking and dragging. Once thats done, reboot your foobar and hit "ctrl+P"

Click Display on the left column,
and change your "user interface module" to PanelsUI
the on the left again select the Panels UI submenu
and change the layout to the name of your skin :]
Lemondrips likes this.

They're all different and require you down download certain bits and pieces to make it work properly.

Just follow the directions the skin gives you.

Which theme are you using Lemondrips?
If you browse skins in deviantart or customize.org, you will generally find installation instructions with them too.

P.S., After googling I found out some - foobar skins.

Are all of the foobar skins multiple windows? I want the application to be all in one window to avoid clutter, like Winamp.
