There's always the Shure E2C's as well...
Little over $50, but worth every penny.

IEMs are better than buds IMO.

As already mentioned, Kramer modded Marshmallows would be your best bet. Cheap yet effective.

I use these with my Zune and WOW! they are amazing! I can sit on my bike(05 SS750 w/Vance & Hines straight shots no baffles) And not hear it at all!

Get some Sony MDR-EX85LP's,

They are really good headphones, good bass, nice treble and they fit in the ear nicely, even though they just look like its not gonna' happen when you first see them. Plus they have a 13.5mm driver unit, compared with other which are around 8 or 9 mm

JVC marshmallows are cheap, but it doesn't fit everybody. My ears are too large for them so as a result, the sound is just horrible. I use Sony EX-85, amazing headphones...just amazing!
