I just read the patch notes and it seems that some major issues are getting fixed.
DX11 crash fixed? Awesome.

Now on a more personal level, did they make it so Mercs have priority when doing 1v1 frontal melee? This game has me fearing the spies and rushing mercs. That's backwards of how it should be. A spy should be trying to win through gadgets and stealth; not by going all "THIS IS SPARTA!" on the mercs.
The other issue I have is the spy tazer. They really need to reduce that by at least half. Apparently it's 6 seconds right now. 2-3 would be a huge improvement. As it stands the maps are split in the A/B/C zones and if you taze a merc from one end of that zone, you can easily just rush him even if he's on the other side of the zone and get the kill. The crossbow reload time is actually shorter than the taze timer so in reality, you can keep a merc in an infinite taze loop.
There are some broken things with this game's multiplayer (I got shot through a wall last night) that need to get fixed and it looks like Ubisoft starting off well. First priority is technical issues; then game play balancing. I just hope the PC community sticks around for this game.
