What do blu-ray players have to do with gamespot? They write about things affecting consoles and gaming because that's why people go there. If they write a story it's got to focus on games and gaming platforms.

The title is basically a one line summary of why the article is interesting and relevant to gamers.

Same reason they don't post other irrelevant information like what's going on in Iraq.
