Does anyone know what would happen if i ran water through a cpu water bock right at 32 degrees farenheit? pretty much ice water. think if maybe i just keep the case open and a fan on it it wont create moisture / corrode? i was thinkin of doin this once in a while for a lil suicide run. lolz

If condensation is allowed to form, it could seriously damage your hardware. I can only recommend that if you wish to run liquid through a loop that far below room temperature, you will need to take precautions to prevent damage, such as insulating the surrounding motherboard, cpu socket, etc etc.

I do wonder though, if you keep a high air change rate inside the case, whether it will still create a problem. Humidity would affect it more than the air being still, shouldn't it?

If you can maintain near freezing temps under load...condensation would occur pretty suddenly.
I'd recommend using a dehumidifier in your room as well as a fan blasting onto the board...even then, it would be a good idea to insulate around the socket.

yeah thats what i was thinkin .thnx . this sounds like a cool idea .. i have a water chiller bucket thing .. from a cold water dispenser .. my idea is to run distilled water through the pump then the radiator with 3 fans then back over the chiller with ice water in the bucket and straight out to the cpu with a insulated tube ...

umm..if your case is upright..stuff a wadded up shirt over your video card...the tubing drips water ..you wouldn't want to do it all the time..
