Yeah that would be a lot better then a 80mm...I would really go with a 240 though....It would help keep your temps from spiking so much....

Hmmm..thanks burm, I may go with that. Eventually I MAY go ahead on water cool the CPU and the GPU, so I could always get a dual later on.

I don't know off hand...I'm putting together a Pelt rig and I will either go with that or a quad heater-core...

I have a BIX II now...its running 2 x nidec beta V's @ 24v...would this be adequate to handle a 227w pelt for my cpu...along w/ my gpu? I am running an independant loop for my vid card now, but have been looking at pelts for a while now.

Current temps at 31c idle and 46c load...

If you are thinking you may go for a CPU down the line, just get a decent rad now. A 240 rad will be better than two 120s.
